When will I receive my order?

Mainland Portugal – 3 to 5 business days

Portugal Islands – 3 to 10 business days

These are the delivery times indicated by freight forwarders and CTT or other similar carriers.

Caymline is not responsible for delays resulting from failures on the part of distribution companies.

We also draw your attention to the fact that during festive periods such as Christmas these deadlines are often longer.

Mainland Portugal and Islands

Order value up to €39 – €4.90

Order value over €39 – free

What payment methods are available?

Multibanco, Mbway, Credit Card, Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay

Can I make a return?
Any product can be returned within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the order, provided it is in perfect condition. The return must be made in the original packaging, accompanied by the invoice and proof of payment. Except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will refund the order amount within a maximum of 5 business days after receiving the return.
